Aaron Wilson is a Managing Partner at EONXI, where he helps lead the firm’s investment strategy across consumer technology, gaming, artificial intelligence, and emerging platforms. Since joining the firm in 2020, Aaron has played a pivotal role in identifying and scaling early-stage ventures, including EONXI’s investment in Aimlabs, a cognitive training platform serving the global esports and gaming industry.

In addition to his role at EONXI, Aaron is the Co-Founder of Approved Jets, a rapidly growing private aviation brokerage serving high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and Fortune 500 clients. He also founded Wilson Talent Solutions, a recruiting and workforce strategy firm supporting enterprise clients across finance, SaaS, and private equity.

Aaron’s background spans human capital strategy, private equity, and business development, with prior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Lloyd Staffing, Forrest Solutions, and Soni Resources Group. He holds a degree in Business from Binghamton University’s School of Management, where he serves on the advisory board. His operational expertise and founder-first mindset contribute to EONXI’s mission of building durable, high-growth companies.
