Aaron Wilson is a General Partner at EONXI, a permanent capital private equity firm that acquires, builds and operates companies from within. He leads deal sourcing, portfolio operations and investor relations across the firm's three business lines: early stage investments from pre seed to Series A, acquisitions of EBITDA positive businesses and in house technology development through EONXI Studio.

Since joining EONXI in 2020, Mr. Wilson has played a central role in identifying and scaling early stage ventures across the portfolio. He oversees firm operations from New York and works across EONXI's offices in Miami and Washington DC.

Prior to EONXI, Mr. Wilson built a career spanning finance, human capital strategy and business development. He began as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase and went on to hold leadership roles at Lloyd Staffing, Forrest Solutions and Soni Resources Group, where he led recruiting and workforce strategy for enterprise clients across financial services, SaaS and private equity.

Mr. Wilson is also the co-founder of Approved Jets, a private aviation brokerage serving high-net-worth individuals, public figures and Fortune 500 clients. The company, which he co-founded with Kelvin Mensah in 2019, reached eight-figure annual revenue within three years of launch with no outside capital. He also founded Wilson Talent Solutions, a recruiting and human capital management firm serving enterprise clients.
