What Makes Us Different

Permanent Capital

We do not operate on fund timelines. Our capital is permanent, which means we hold companies longer, build deeper and never force an exit to satisfy an artificial deadline. Our interests are aligned with the businesses we own.

Builder Operator Model

We do not sit on boards and wait for quarterly reports. We embed inside the companies we invest in and acquire. Our team operates alongside founders and management teams to build infrastructure, ship products and drive growth from within.

In House Technology

Most PE firms outsource technology to third parties. We built EONXI Studio as a dedicated in house development engine. Every company in our portfolio has direct access to engineering, product development and AI capabilities that outside firms charge millions for.

Sherrard Harrington

Founder and Chairman

Sherrard Harrington founded EONXI in 2019 and leads the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions and studio operations across Miami, New York and Washington DC. Prior to EONXI, he acquired over 250 multifamily units in Colorado, built and exited his first company as an undergraduate at the University of Colorado Boulder and served as a board advisor to multiple early stage technology companies. He has been featured in Forbes, PitchBook, Rolling Stone and Billboard.

Aaron Wilson

General Partner

Aaron Wilson joined EONXI in 2020 and leads deal sourcing, portfolio operations, and investor relations. His background spans leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and multiple enterprise staffing and consulting firms, with deep expertise in human capital strategy, business development, and private equity operations. He is also the co-founder of Approved Jets, a private aviation company serving high-net-worth individuals and Fortune 500 clients. His work has been featured on Nasdaq, Forbes, and Business Insider. He holds a degree in Business from Binghamton University's School of Management, where he serves on the advisory board.
