Sherrard Harrington

Founder and Chairman
EONXI

Sherrard Harrington is the Founder and Chairman of EONXI, a permanent capital private equity firm that acquires, builds, and operates companies from within. He leads the firm's capital deployment across three business lines: early-stage investments from pre-seed to Series A, acquisitions of EBITDA-positive businesses, and in-house technology development through EONXI Studio.

Since founding EONXI in 2019, Mr. Harrington has built a portfolio of ten companies spanning technology, services, and traditional sectors. Under his leadership, the firm has deployed capital into early-stage ventures, including an investment in Dapper Labs prior to its $7.5 billion valuation, and helped incubate entities like Apple's Claris technology accelerator program and Drive by DraftKings. He oversees operations across Miami, New York, and Washington, DC.

Prior to EONXI, Mr. Harrington built a real estate portfolio of over 250 multifamily units across Colorado and founded and exited his first company, Marvel Capital Group, while still an undergraduate at the University of Colorado Boulder. He went on to co-found Fanzee, an enterprise influencer marketing software platform, and has served as a board advisor to multiple early-stage technology and media companies throughout his career.

Mr. Harrington's path to private equity began after a career-ending injury as a scholarship football player at the University of Colorado, where he was recruited as the No. 40 ranked cornerback nationally by ESPN and was the first player from Washington, DC to sign with the program since 1993. He holds a degree in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

His work has been featured in Forbes, PitchBook, Rolling Stone, Billboard, AfroTech, the Denver Post, the Washington Post, and CBS Sports.
